DEPOSIT

• A non-refundable deposit of $10 is

required to secure all

appointments

• Deposits must be sent within 24

hours of booking

• The deposit will be applied toward

your total at the time of service

CANCELLATIONS

& RESCHEDULING

• Appointments must be

canceled or rescheduled at

least 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellations or no-

shows will result in loss of

deposit

• Please arrive on time to your

• Clients arriving 10-15 minutes

late may need to reschedule

and will not get there deposit

PAYMENTS

• Accepted forms of payment:

Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo

• Remaining balance is due after

service is completed

READ BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Please arrive with clean lashes

- no

mascara, lash extensions, strip

lashes, or eye makeup

• Avoid oils, creams. or skincare

products around the eye area the

day of your appointment

• Do not curl your lashes before

your visit

• If you wear contacts, please

remove them before your

appointment

AFTERCARE

•Proper aftercare is essential for

best retention

• Lash fills are recommended every

2-3 weeks

• After 4 weeks you are no longer eligible for fills and it will be considered a full set.
